What You Bring

  • Four‑year degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years experience in the AECO industry with hands‑on project delivery exposure
  • Working knowledge of design and construction processes and how information moves from design through fabrication and installation
  • Strong experience using BIM and modeling tools, including:
    • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
    • Autodesk Revit
    • Navisworks
    • AutoCAD
  • Demonstrated 3D modeling capabilities to support coordination, detailing, and visualization workflows
  • Ability to identify gaps in design information and proactively drive solutions in collaboration with project, design, and production teams
  • Understanding of constructability and interest in prefabrication, modular construction, and installation methods
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including designers, trade partners, production teams, and field personnel
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and follow through
