The role administers drilling and service contracts, plans well drilling operations, and supervises drilling personnel on site. The role troubleshoots technical issues and challenges that arise during drilling operations, implementing solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks. The role provides technical assistance to drilling operations staff, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and prepares estimated drilling well costs and AFE generation for drilling activities. The role implements safety protocols and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
