Expected salary range of $99,000 to $110,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
This position supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of inclusion programs and processes. The role focuses on program execution, data analysis, and cross functional collaboration to advance an inclusive workplace aligned with the company's culture and goals. The Sr Inclusion Programs Specialist partners closely with HR stakeholders and employee groups and serves as a subject matter resource for inclusion programming. This role reports to the Inclusion Programs Manager.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
โ€ข Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of inclusion and equal employment opportunity initiatives and processes, including policies, training, and Employee Engagement Group (EEG) activities.
โ€ข Partner with key work partners to coordinate and communicate Talent & Inclusion programs and initiatives.
โ€ข Assist with data reporting and basic analysis related to Equal Opportunity Program, training participation, and program outcomes; prepare summaries and utilize insights to support continuous improvement.
โ€ข Collaborate with key stakeholders to support engagement, awareness, and participation.
โ€ข Conduct research on inclusion best practices and emerging trends and share findings and recommendations with the Inclusion Programs Manager.
โ€ข Support planning, logistics, and execution of inclusion related programs, events, and outreach efforts.
โ€ข Provide support for other Talent & Inclusion projects, processes, programs, and facilitation, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O psychology, business administration or equivalent degree or equivalent years of experience.
โ€ข At least 5 years business experience in human resources, inclusion and diversity, organizational development, or related field.
โ€ข Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to identify key insights.
โ€ข Strong project management, process design, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with others. Confidence in managing interactions with peers and leaders.
โ€ข Strong presentation development and facilitation skills.
โ€ข Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
โ€ข Ability to adapt to changing priorities and different personalities and work styles.
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Advanced degree or certifications in HR, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline.
โ€ข Experience in HR functions, including leadership development, talent review, and related talent management strategies.
