The role also maintains visibility into and oversight of the overall enterprise architecture, identifying opportunities to strengthen integration, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.The Senior Director leads an internal team of approximately ten full-time employees alongside a portfolio of onshore and offshore third-party service providers and contractors. The role operates at both the strategic and operational level, with a direct and active presence in the work of the team rather than purely supervisory oversight.The Senior Director partners closely with functional stakeholders across the organization to address technology issues, evaluate system enhancements, and ensure IT capabilities continue to meet evolving business requirements.
