The Senior Director, Donor Services will be responsible for the operational oversight for blood collections in their respective geographical footprint. This individual will have direct responsibility for donor services, mobile recruitment, and the local execution of field marketing. In addition, this role influences scheduling, planning, and other channels of donor recruitment.

The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed. Compensation decisions take into account internal salary averages and differentiation based on education, experience, skills, and performance. Specific salary and benefits information is shared at the time of the phone screening based on your location and qualifications.

  • Meets hospital demand by achieving RBC and platelet collection targets in respective geographical footprint
  • Achieves operational alignment (e.g., shared goals, aligned territories, schedules) among all local collections stakeholders
  • Obtains operational excellence in collections including staffing %, DaSH, NPS, QNS, Deferrals, PA, Bookings, and assigned WIGs
  • Responsible for local P&L related to collections (CPU, tailored promotions, staffing, efficiencies, etc.)
  • Charged with the engagement and retention of donor services team members, account representatives, and local leaders
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
  • Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree Business or Healthcare Administration preferred

Experience

  • 4-6 years Customer-facing experience including sales, marketing, and/or customer service required
  • 4-6 years Team leadership experience required
  • 1-3 years Operations experience preferred
  • 1-3 years Healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven resource management skills to include human, financial, facilities, and technology required
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills to include team building, crisis management, problem solving, and project management required
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully formulate and implement business plans required
