Cyber Incident Response Business Development Senior Manager

The Opportunity:

Join a team to contribute to Booz Allen's growth efforts for its Incident Response business, applying business development,strategic salesexpertiseand knowledge of Incident Response, including the insurance, legal, brokerage,partners,retainersand vendor ecosystems.Join the world-class Business Development team that is focused on sustaining, expanding, and further strengthening one of the leading and fastest-growing Incident Response businesses globally.Own and drive the business development and sales process by engaging key stakeholders across capability and market teams,establishingand maintaining strategic partner relationships,as well asidentifying, developing, and closing new growth opportunities.Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on complex problems across matrixed teams, provide creative solutions, and act as a leader on large projects or programs to enableBooz Allento meet its long-term goals and objectives.Support marketing,thought leadership, operations, events, andlogistics, which requiresbothdomesticand internationaltravel.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and incident response, including strategy, building external relationships, and growing revenue

  • Experience developing and managing strategic relationships across cyber insurance carriers, brokers, breach counsel, incident response retainers, and cybersecurity service providers

  • Experience with presenting and communicating to internal teams, executives, and clients that may include briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions

  • Ability to own and drive the business development process and provide longer-term account management to strategic partner accounts

  • Ability to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market and industry teams

  • Ability to lead business development initiatives in a fast-pacedenvironment, work with senior leaders to foster positive partner relationships,identifynew business opportunities with existing partners, and develop new intellectual capital and thought leadership

  • Ability to travel, including international, up to 50% of the time

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in developing and executing growth strategies that expand Booz Allen's Incident Response market presence and revenue

  • Experience in tracking and reporting pipeline performance, partner-generated opportunities, and revenue forecasts

  • Knowledge of the technical incident response engagement lifecycle including relevant methodologies tools, procedures and expected outcomes

  • Ability to influence go-to-market strategy across commercial, insurance, legal, and partner ecosystems

  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities

  • Ability to own revenue growthobjectivesacross strategic partner channels and direct business development initiatives

  • Ability to display and leverage existing relationships with insurance carriers, insurance brokers, law firms, and other cybersecurity partners

  • Ability to communicate effectively through clear, professional verbal and written communication

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship-building skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
