WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr. Digital Product Development Manager leads an outsourced delivery partner who provides scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs while also serving as a hands-on technical leader who can design, build, and maintain key platform capabilities. This role partners with Product and business stakeholders to clarify outcomes, translates needs into technical plans and requirements, governs vendor delivery (scope, quality, timelines), and contributes directly through coding, code reviews, and ongoing platform support in an agile environment.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
1. Technical Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce solutions, establishing plans, priorities, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to define scalable solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
• Contribute to solution design, development, integrations, and code quality through architecture reviews and engineering best practices.
2. Vendor Delivery Oversight & Governance
• Manage outsourced delivery partners, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and oversee delivery governance, risks, and dependencies.
3. Risk Management
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery obstacles across teams and vendors.
• Manage scope, timeline, and resource impacts to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
4. Platform Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
• Oversee platform health, including defect resolution, upgrades, technical debt management, and performance optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement through process and operational enhancements.
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Provide clear delivery status, risk updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Foster alignment across business and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
• 8 years of experience in application delivery, software engineering, technical program management, or related digital product roles.
• Experience with Oracle databases and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) supporting credit and funding processes.
• Strong Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and enterprise integrations.
• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE and enterprise integration architectures.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree
