• Photogrammetric Applications – provide first level help desk and desk side support on client configurations and upgrades and act as a State agent in problem resolution with other entities. Applications include but are not limited to ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, Feature collection, DTM Collection, Digital Mensuration, Automatic Elevations, and Image Analyst. 
• Raster Products – provide first level help desk and desk side support on client configurations and upgrades and act as a State agent in problem resolution with other entities.  Applications include but are not limited to Bentley Descartes. 
• Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD)/Engineering Design Software – provide first level help desk and desk side support on client configurations and upgrades and act as a State agent in problem resolution with other entities.  Applications include but are not limited to ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, InRoads Bridge, OpenRoads Bridge, InRoads Survey, OpenRoads Survey, and Bluebeam. 
• Engineering Project Management Software – provide first level help desk support on client configurations and upgrades and act as a State agent in problem resolution with other entities. Applications include but are not limited to Bentley ProjectWise. 
• Plotter Software - provide first level help desk and desk side support on client configurations and upgrades, server configurations and upgrades, and provide integration with plot drivers and plot devices.  Applications include but are not limited to ProjectWise Interplot. 
• Licensing Support – maintain State license pools for CADD and Engineering related software licenses and interface with various software manufacturers to obtain upgrades and for problem resolution.  Software manufacturers include but are not limited to Visual Lighting, Altiva, AutoCAD, Bentley, Bluebeam, Ensoft, ETAP, FB-Multipier, GeoCue, Global Mapper, Lusas, PTV, and Sidra Solutions. 
• GIS - provide first level help desk and desk side support on client configurations and upgrades and act as a State agent in problem resolution with other entities. Products include but are not limited to ESRI ArcGIS and Global Mapper. 
• Desktop Support – provide second level Microsoft related operating systems support. Provide general desktop application support of Microsoft Office related products. 
• Provide support for CADD/Engineering workstations, desktops, and laptops, from manufacturers such as Lenovo, HP, and Dell, as well as any peripheral devices such as HP and Xerox printers, HP, OCE and Canon large-format plotters.  Support includes troubleshooting, triage, repair, as well as software troubleshooting and configuration of associated applications, drivers, and bios software. 
• Provide support for projects or administrative tasks in the enterprise.  Tasks include but are not limited to planning and implementation of workstation and computer deployments, providing input on server specifications and requirements,   
 
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:  
• 10+ years experience providing Bentley ProjectWise Administration 
• 10+ years experience providing Photogrammetric software installation and support 
• 10+ years experience providing Bentley MicroStation CADD Management (application and system support), in a network environment utilizing shared system resources 
• 10+ years experience providing support and management for CADD applications running on MicroStation such as InRoads and Interplot. 
• 10+ years experience providing large format plotter and scanner support in a managed CADD environment 
• 10+ years experience in multi-application/vendor license management 
• 10+ years experience in Project Planning and Management 
• 5+ years experience providing installation and support for Bluebeam software  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. 
 
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:  
• Bentley Certifications in areas related but not limited to Bentley MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Management  
• Microsoft Certified Professional Certifications 
• CompTIA certifications such as  A+ and/or Network+
