Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to obtain feedback from customers to improve training methods. Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems. An openness to learning new technologies. Responsibilities: Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 11 or higher; Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and MS365. Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networks. Considerable knowledge of Laptop Refresh. Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform software installations, configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software. Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS.
