  • Support quality-assurance processes, technical reviews, project documentation, progress reports, and post-construction evaluations.
  • Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers in their continued professional development.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource during project meetings, coordination sessions, and client presentations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of proven MEP design-consulting experience in Hawaii.

Desired Experience & Skills:
  • Professional Engineer licensure.
  • LEED accreditation.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in mentoring developing engineers.

Benefits:
Salary Range: $92,000-$120,000 annually, plus eligibility for a conditional bonus.
