From campus master planning to new construction and renovation projects, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to craft meaningful places for aging.

Programming, Planning + Design We are looking for a professional with excellent technical and interpersonal skills who can act as a client liaison for projects, leading them through our purpose-driven design approach. Depth of expertise in programming and planning for the whole spectrum of senior living environments is required. Experience across master planning, repositioning, renovation and new construction is preferred.

Market Expertise Senior living environments are constantly evolving to meet changing consumer expectations, operational challenges and changing regulations. At EUA, we lead with curiosity and humility, seeking to understand a client's needs after designing built solutions. We are seeking individuals who can balance broad market perspectives and finer details to craft purpose-driven environments for aging.

  • Licensed architect with 10+ years of relevant work experience in senior living planning, architectural design and unit design
  • Versatility beyond planning a bonus – whether design, implementation or project management
  • No other staff report directly to this position, this position reports to the Living Environments Studio Director
  • Strong narrative skills with the ability to confidently guide design and planning efforts with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a high standard in written, graphic and oral communication
  • Exhibit a working knowledge of senior living operations, finance and regulations that influence planning and design solutions
  • Knowledge and experience with Revit, SketchUp and related software is preferred
  • Hold exceptional organization skills and work independently, solving problems proactively and prioritizing assignments
  • Exhibit a positive attitude with a desire to actively contribute to the firm's culture
  • This is a role within one of our three Wisconsin offices – Milwaukee, Madison or Green Bay
  • Work is performed five days a week with a minimum of four days per week physically present in office
