Life Enrichment Coordinator - Memory Care - Join Our Team!
(Events and Activities Planner/Presenter)
Schedule: Part Time (must be available for weekend and holiday rotation)
Pay: 17.70-19.90 based on experience.

We are seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead meaningful, person-centered activities for residents in our Memory Care neighborhood.

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families.

  • Facilitate group and one-on-one programs, including music, art, movement, and sensory-based activities.
  • Assist with outings and special events, ensuring safety and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Manager and other departments to align programming with resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, participation, and progress documentation.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework preferred. Must be 18 years old to work in this licensed neighborhood
  • Experience in social or recreational programming in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and creativity when engaging with residents living with dementia.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move throughout the community, and transport residents to events.
