Primary Objectives

  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Process data into cloud-based tools to facilitate client analysis.

  • Support client onboarding, training, and tool adoption to enhance satisfaction and usability.

Detailed Job Duties

  • Work with diverse clients across various skill levels.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.

  • Review client questionnaires and determine the most effective data processing methods to align with client research objectives.

  • Translate research objectives into actionable data processing in our online analysis & visualization tool, simplifying client report building and analysis.

  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring proficient use of our tools.

  • Develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics, facilitating easy comprehension and sharing of results.

  • Achieve project objectives by delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

  • Continuously learn and apply new techniques to optimize our products and services.

The MUST Haves (ex: required skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • At least Four (4+) years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.

  • Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.

  • Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.

  • Strong project management skills with a history of meeting client objectives.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable in various settings.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

  • Proactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.

The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO.

  • Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.

  • Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.

Pay Transparency:


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
