Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to join their team. The role involves collaborating with various professionals to deliver reliable data insights and documenting processes for knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
• Work with a team of approximately 10–12 professionals, including principal engineers, domain partners, and finance analysts.
• Navigate multiple data sources and trace back data pipelines to identify the true source of information.
• Collaborate with software engineers, cost analysts, and finance partners to deliver reliable data insights.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with leadership and domain partners.
• Document processes, communicate insights clearly, and support knowledge transfer within the team.
• Be available to start as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience
• Strong background in data and visualization engineering
• Proficiency in Python for coding and data integration
• Expertise in SQL for querying and managing data
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments
• Skilled in Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization
• Ability to follow and debug data code to find the source of truth
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Readiness to adapt to team schedules, including DTL weeks in December
