Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Data Management Integration Specialist. The Senior Data Management & Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions for managing and integrating data between operational systems, data repositories, and reporting and analytical applications. This position provides strong analytical, technical, and business knowledge, supports and interacts with project teams and technical and business stakeholders to drive business intelligence and data strategy across a wide range of functions. This position will gather and interpret requirements from business units and external parties for creation of the specifications to produce the necessary reports and the subsequent validation.
As a valuable team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:
  • Work with business units and other functional teams and technology teams, to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, etc., for developing reporting, data integration, and data exchange solutions.
  • Partner with business analysts, developers, and other subject matter experts to understand complex business requirements, legacy systems, and data architectures.
  • Assess and document source data and quality, and coordinate with the business and technology teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure consistency in data gathering and interpretation across all reporting requirements (including external and internal).
  • Work with various departments to ensure and improve data integrity for existing and new business requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • At least 6-8 years of public and private accounting experience
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Banking/financial institution industry experience preferred
  • CPA preferred.
  • Bank regulatory reporting preferred
  • Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
