Overview

The Data Analytics Consultant is responsible for designing risk management strategies and producing measurable outcomes for clients and prospects using data and technology.

About You

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

             Identify, analyze and interpret benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization trends.

             Develop risk strategies through value-based plan design, contribution, and benefit initiatives.

             Prepare financial forecasts through predictive modeling tools.

             Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.

             Enhance plan communications platform by leveraging technology.

             Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice. Present plan performance reports to clients on a scheduled basis.

             Evaluate current product results; identify needs to be filled; monitor competitive options; and analyze and relay customer experience.

             Travel for client/prospect meetings and incorporate time in the office for planning, preparation, and training as needed.

             Provide team and client with appropriate timelines to ensure that expectations and turnaround times are met.

             Other duties as assigned.

             Travel is expected to be up to 10% in this role.

Required:
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
