Job description

We are looking for a Full-time/Permanent,  Senior Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer who can be hybrid/ideally 3 days a week onsite in Westchester County, NY.

This role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

This Analytics position will play a key role in helping research and discovery teams turn data into meaningful business outcomes. This position combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to design data solutions, investigate complex questions, and uncover insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Working across data, analytics, and research functions, the Analytics Engineer will develop trusted datasets, analytical models, reporting tools, and other data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with open-ended problems, identifying the right analytical approach, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical thinking, engineering skills, curiosity, and the ability to translate business needs into practical data solutions.

  • Experience working in analytics, analytics engineering, data analysis, or a related technical discipline.
