Role and Responsibilities

•Accurately process and validate new group census loads.

•Process, audit, and validate new and existing member enrollment adds and changes.

•Work with payroll vendors and insurance carriers to establish new and maintain existing file feeds.

•Identify trends in data and collaborate with both the Data and Technology team to prevent and remediate issues and incorporate new processes.

•Process and review daily file feeds received from payroll vendors to ensure enrollments are uploaded consistently and without error.

•Work closely with offshore team members to ensure business continuity.

•Utilize SQL to audit groups and build files to accelerate member enrollment and account changes.

•Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 2 years in employee benefits preferred.

• Experience collaborating with internal team members as well as external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline preferred, not required.


Preferred Skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to gather and deliver technical requirements from the business. Excellent Customer Service skills.

•Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

•High level of competence in Excel (vlookups, filtering, pivot tables, etc.) required

•SQL knowledge required, SSMS preferred.

•Analytical, critical thinking skills, and detail oriented. Ability to support others, helping a team be successful.

•Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and making data informed decisions.

•Experience with EDI and SFTP file transfers preferred.

•Additional experience or knowledge in the health care industry (CDH and Health Plans)
