  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and digital technology teams to embed cybersecurity into operational processes, smart factory initiatives, and modernization projects.
  • Conduct OT risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and threat modeling for industrial environments to strengthen cyber resilience.
  • Support segmentation strategies and secure connectivity solutions between IT and OT environments while minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts in OT environments, including threat detection, monitoring, and recovery activities to address emerging threats like ransomware.
  • Oversee implementation of OT security technologies such as asset inventory tools, network monitoring solutions, anomaly detection systems, and secure remote access platforms.
  • Manage thirdparty vendors, OEMs, and system integrators to ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity requirements during solution design and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery processes tailored to manufacturing operations and critical plant systems.
  • Build cybersecurity awareness and training programs for plant leadership, engineers, and production teams to promote a culture of security.
  • Lead and mentor cybersecurity professionals, fostering collaboration and capabilitybuilding across regional and global manufacturing organizations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant experience in OT, ICS, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks, industrial networking protocols, ICS/SCADA systems, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct OT risk assessments, implement technical controls, and enhance cybersecurity maturity within industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IIoT technologies, and cyber resilience strategies for connected manufacturing.
  • Handson experience with OT security tools including network monitoring, anomaly detection, and asset inventory solutions.
  • Ability to lead incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability remediation efforts in industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to OT and manufacturing security.
  • Strong communication skills to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders across operations, engineering, and digital technology teams.
  • Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, IEC 62443, or similar preferred.
What We'll Do for You
  • Provide the opportunity to shape how The CocaCola Company secures its global manufacturing network during a time of rapid digital transformation.
  • Offer exposure to cuttingedge smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives while ensuring resilience against evolving cyber threats.
  • Enable collaboration across a dynamic mix of manufacturing, engineering, and technology professionals working toward shared operational goals.
  • Invest in your growth through continuous learning opportunities in cybersecurity, industrial automation, and digital operations leadership.
