Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients' physical conditions, analyzing their mobility, strength, and functional capabilities to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to each patient's unique recovery needs.
  • Educate patients and their families on physical therapy principles, injury prevention, and home exercise regimens to promote lifelong wellness.
  • Collaborate with an integrated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each patient.
  • Utilize EMR systems (preferably WebPT) to document patient progress, manage treatment schedules, and facilitate communication within the healthcare team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The outpatient clinic caters to a diverse group of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with adults of all ages, providing tailored interventions that empower them to regain their mobility and improve their overall functionality. Your role is critical in fostering their journey back to health and active living.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a preference for orthopedic experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice approaches.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with electronic medical records systems; experience with WebPT is highly advantageous.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced orthopedic outpatient clinic.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic taping techniques.
  • Background in sports physical therapy or rehabilitation is a plus, given our active patient demographic.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary structure with an annual income range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
