Overview

The Creative Project Manager supports the planning and execution of multiple marketing campaigns by keeping creative work organized, accurately documented, and on schedule. This role coordinates project intake, deliverable tickets, timelines, dependencies, and approvals while partnering with marketing leaders, creative teams, project managers, compliance stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing creative or marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track day-to-day creative and marketing deliverables.
  • Create, update, and maintain project tickets with accurate statuses, owners, timelines, dependencies, and supporting information.
  • Support the intake and prioritization of marketing requests in partnership with marketing managers and project leadership.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and due dates across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Monitor progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help keep deliverables moving toward completion.
  • Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and missing inputs, escalating concerns to the appropriate project or marketing leaders.
  • Coordinate approvals across creative, marketing, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Manage approval routing, asset versioning, and supporting documentation.
  • Translate campaign needs into clear, actionable tasks and project tickets.
  • Communicate project status, next steps, and timeline changes clearly and consistently.
  • Help standardize intake, tracking, and documentation practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow visibility, efficiency, and team coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects, workflows, or deliverables within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining project tickets, timelines, milestones, task ownership, and dependencies.
