  • Edit and proofread copy for clarity, consistency, impact, and brand standards.
  • Serve as a thoughtful creative partner to the editorial and brand team, bringing strong ideas, clear judgment, and a collaborative approach to feedback and revisions.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally with experience in media, publishing, journalism, education, wellness, lifestyle, or entertainment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong creative point of view.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across editorial copy, email/newsletter, social media, website or landing page copy, and ideally experience writing for podcasts, broadcast media, or interview-driven content.
  • Excellent headline, hook, and short-form writing instincts.

  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to sharpen, simplify, and elevate copy quickly.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to write about the topics covered in The Mel Robbins Podcast with nuance.
  • Comfort working with transcripts, scripts, outlines, creative briefs, research, and raw ideas.
