Marketing Coordinator

Location: Jacksonville, NC or Wilmington, NC
Reports To: Senior Vice President

At SIA Group, marketing plays an important role in how we connect with clients, support and celebrate our people, and strengthen our brand in the communities we serve.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an onsite role for someone who enjoys juggling a variety of projects, bringing ideas to life, and collaborating with others to make things happen.

You'll work closely with company leadership and our external marketing partner to coordinate campaigns, create content, support events, and help keep marketing initiatives moving forward. Key Responsibilities
Content Development amp; Brand Management
  • Coordinate the creation and publication of blogs, newsletters, social media content, videos, client resources, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with SIA Group's brand standards and messaging.
  • Assist with website updates and ongoing content management.
  • Maintain a library of approved marketing and sales support materials.
  • Help develop educational content that positions SIA Group as a trusted advisor and industry resource.
Sales amp; Growth Support
  • Partner with Risk Consultants and leadership to develop marketing resources that support prospecting and client retention efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, executive briefings, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns that generate awareness, referrals, and new business opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting to leadership.
Digital Marketing amp; Social Media
  • Manage social media scheduling and posting across company platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and recommend opportunities to increase visibility and follower growth.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Assist with SEO, digital advertising, and website optimization initiatives.
Event amp; Community Engagement
  • Coordinate client events, webinars, seminars, and community activities.
  • Manage event logistics, invitations, promotional materials, and follow up communications.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture campaigns.
Marketing Technology amp; Analytics
  • Assist in the management of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Help maintain data quality across marketing systems.
  • Track key performance indicators, including campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and lead generation results.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners and internal leadership to explore and implement technology and AI tools that improve marketing productivity and effectiveness.
Vendor amp; Agency Management
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies, consultants, advertising partners, and technology vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with SIA Group's strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between SIA Group and third-party marketing partners.
  • Assist with managing vendor relationships, project timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate website development, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, branding initiatives, and other outsourced marketing projects as needed.
Administrative amp; Project Coordination
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Work closely with leadership, consultants, account teams, and external vendors.
  • Help manage marketing calendars and project timelines.
  • Assist with tracking marketing budgets and vendor invoices as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, project coordination, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
