Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Subway location. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met. You’ll also step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.


Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver and model exceptional customer service
  • Train and support team members on food prep, safety, and service
  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and equipment
  • Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste
  • Control labor, food cost, and expenses to meet budget goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
  • Step in to support deli or QSR operations as needed

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
