C2's client, a fast-moving digital agency where creativity, strategy, and performance come together to help brands grow, seeks a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to help bring social media and influencer campaigns to life across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.


The agency combines social strategy, content creation, community management, influencer marketing, and performance media to build brands that connect with audiences and create lasting customer relationships. Their teams move quickly, collaborate closely, and produce platform-native content informed by strategy, performance data, and cultural trends. This role transforms approved strategies into polished execution, partnering with internal teams to coordinate content, engage online communities, manage influencer relationships, and keep multiple campaigns moving smoothly from start to finish.


Success comes from loving the details. This is an execution role, not a strategy position. The person who thrives here enjoys staying organized, communicating with creators, keeping projects on track, and solving problems before they become issues. They stay current with platform changes, learn new tools quickly, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, accurate work that helps clients succeed.


Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full-time contract

Location: Remote or onsite (Wisconsin-based or Central Time Zone preferred)

Compensation: $30-$40/hour, commensurate with experience, as a W2 employee of C2

Benefits: C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 consecutive business days are eligible for medical, dental, and optional vision insurance, life insurance and PTO accrual; 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match available for enrollment after 90 days

Responsibilities


Social Media

  • Execute approved social media strategies across multiple client accounts
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions while maintaining each client's brand voice
  • Escalate customer service issues and sensitive conversations as appropriate
  • Assist with monthly content organization, publishing calendars, and ongoing content planning
  • Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging features while sharing relevant insights with the team
  • Gather campaign metrics and assist with social media reporting
  • Support the Social Strategist and Head of Strategy with research, campaign execution, and special projects


Influencer Marketing

  • Source and research creators based on approved campaign strategies in collaboration with internal strategy leadership
  • Conduct influencer vetting and maintain organized creator databases
  • Manage creator outreach, follow-up communication, and relationship building
  • Coordinate contracts, product shipments, deadlines, content approvals, and campaign logistics
  • Review submitted content against campaign briefs before strategist and client review
  • Track deliverables, posting schedules, usage rights, invoices, and overall campaign status
  • Collect campaign metrics and assist with influencer reporting
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and project management tools


Collaboration

  • Partner closely with strategy, account management, and digital teams to ensure campaigns launch on time
  • Help keep creative assets, campaign documentation, and project workflows organized across multiple accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows


Requirements


Platforms & Technology

  • Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Proficiency with social scheduling platforms; HeyOrca and Hootsuite preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms; Upfluence preferred
  • Confidence using Workamajig or comparable project management software


Experience

  • 2-3 years supporting social media, influencer marketing, or related digital marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable executing approved strategies with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
