Senior Configuration Management Engineer

Position Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.

  • Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.

  • Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.

  • Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.

  • Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.

  • Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
