Concierge

Part Time | Day Shift working 8 am - 4:30 pm Every Other Saturday and Sunday

As our Weekend Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and coworkers-welcoming everyone, answering questions, and helping navigate our campus. This role is active and dynamic-no two days are the same! You'll get to know our residents and families, anticipate their needs, and contribute to a welcoming, vibrant community.

Concierge Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use
  • 2-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage with residents, families, and visitors
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

What you'll do as a Concierge:

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in, provide directions, answer questions, and handle resident deliveries.
  • Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations.
  • Assist with light housekeeping in common areas
