Vamos Health was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a healthy and fulfilling life. We provide primary care and navigational services in both Spanish and English.
We operate on a membership model - no insurance required. Patients pay a predictable monthly fee and receive a level of attention they won't find anywhere else. Our bilingual team provides primary care for all ages in-person, by phone, and via text message. At select locations, we also accept Medicaid.
Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing field sales team as a Junior Membership Coordinator. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are new to sales or to the direct enrollment model. You will work in the community - door-to-door, at events, and at partner locations - enrolling members in the Vamos Health membership program.
Junior Representatives benefit form a structured ramp-up period, mentorship from senior team members, and a full-employment model with guaranteed minimum pay.
Compensation:
Anticipated total annual compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
Vamos Health uses a hybrid model combining guaranteed base pay with performance-based bonuses. Guaranteed base pay: $15.15/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enroll community members in Vamos Health membership plans through door-to-door outreach, events, and partner locations
  • record all hours worked accurately in BambooHR daily
  • Maintain accurate enrollment records using Hint/Cerebro systems
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching conversations
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and current members
  • Represent Vamos Health's mission and values in every community interaction

Qualifications:
Required
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
  • Access to a personal vehicle for daily work (mileage reimbursed, not daily commute)
  • U.S. work authorization

Preferred
  • Experience in door-to-door sales, community outreach, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with healthcare membership or direct-enrollment models
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
