We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Banker to join a growing team in Traverse City, Michigan to focus on Business Development
In this role, you will:
  • Build a prospect pipeline and grow a commercial loan portfolio by cross selling deposit, credit, and treasury management solutions
  • Analyze loan requests against credit, profitability, and policy standards
  • Monitor credit and asset quality through consistent borrower reporting and calling
  • Represent the bank in the local business community
  • Prepare loan write-ups and present to the Board of Directors

What you bring:
  • Five or more years of related banking experience, including experience as a Credit Analyst or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry certification or experience
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A track record of building and managing client relationships
