Responsibilities

  • Team up with collection managers, analysts, and consumers to ensure our HUMINT collection missions hit the mark.
  • Utilize cutting-edge collection systems to keep our operations focused and aligned with mission needs.
  • Collaborate with the entire intelligence community (IC) to bridge gaps and develop strategies that deliver.
  • Partner with all-source analysts and collectors to fine-tune collection plans and strategies.
  • Manage large datasets, ensuring consistency, producing visualizations, and creating models to bring intelligence findings to life.
  • Develop tools and methods to assess collection success, ensuring we're constantly improving.
  • Produce actionable feedback and identifying opportunities for refining our collection approach.
  • Lead training programs to help collectors sharpen their skills and stay ahead of the game.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 8+ years of HUMINT Collection Manager experience (or agency equivalent).

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 8+ years of HUMINT Collection Manager experience (or agency equivalent).
  • Experience working with HUMINT intelligence automated systems.
  • Familiarity with the latest intelligence analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of HUMINT reporting oversight and security guidelines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience managing research and coordination projects

Desired Skills

  • Understand programs and products from agencies like DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, DOT, and DOS is a huge plus!
  • Graduate of an in-residence basic HUMINT Collection course (DSDC or equivalent) preferred.

Security Clearance

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly
