Title: Senior HUMINT Collection Manager Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph Salary: $145,000 Are you ready to take your HUMINT expertise to the next level? Celestar is seeking an experienced Senior HUMINT Collection Manager to lead high-impact intelligence operations right in the heart of Washington, DC. What You'll Be Doing: * Partnering with collection managers, analysts, and consumers to ensure our HUMINT operations are laser-focused and making the most of our time and resources. * Using cutting-edge collection systems to keep our team ahead of the game and informed of the latest intelligence developments. * Working across the intelligence community (IC) to bridge gaps and tailor our operations to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

* Collaborating with all-source analysts and collectors to evaluate and fine-tune collection plans, ensuring they're both efficient and effective. * Handling large datasets, ensuring consistency, and creating visualizations and models that bring our findings to life. * Developing innovative ways to measure our success and ensure collection requirements are met, all while continuously improving our approach.

* Providing critical feedback, spotting trends and gaps, and helping refine our collection strategies to stay ahead of the curve. * Leading training programs that keep our team on the cutting edge of HUMINT and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. What You Bring to the Table: * Master's degree is preferred, along with 12+ years of experience as a HUMINT Collection Manager or equivalent or Bachelor's degree plus an additional five years of experience totaling 17 years of experience.

* Expertise in HUMINT automated systems and the latest intelligence analysis tools. * A deep understanding of intelligence oversight and security guidelines related to HUMINT reporting. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively using multimedia tools.

* Experience managing research and coordination projects; bonus points if you've led small groups in data analysis and coordination tasks. * Detailed knowledge of key programs and products from agencies like DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, DOT, and DOS is a major plus! * A graduate of an in-residence HUMINT Collection course (DSDC or military equivalent) is preferred, along with specialized training in intelligence collection and analysis.
