Job description

We are seeking a Collection Management Officer with strong research, coordination, and reporting experience to support a national security customer. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of intelligence operations and the ability to guide and prioritize information collection efforts in support of mission objectives.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in guiding collection efforts, evaluating incoming information, and producing high-quality reports that support foreign intelligence missions.

Clearance Requirement : TS/SCI with Polygraph

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize intelligence collection requirements to support mission objectives.
  • Identify critical intelligence gaps and recommend strategies to address them.
  • Review, evaluate, and synthesize incoming information from multiple sources.
  • Produce clear, concise, and timely written reports on foreign intelligence topics.
  • Ensure reporting meets established standards and addresses priority intelligence needs.
  • Coordinate closely with analysts, collectors, and operational teams to align efforts.
  • Track collection progress and provide updates on reporting outcomes and gaps.
  • Brief stakeholders on key findings, collection priorities, and emerging issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve information sharing and mission effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • 7+ years of experience in intelligence support, reporting, or collection management roles.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable reporting.
  • Experience drafting or editing foreign intelligence reports for senior audiences.
  • Familiarity with intelligence collection processes and reporting cycles.
  • Experience supporting national security or foreign intelligence missions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting financial or economic-related intelligence efforts.
  • Experience working with computer network and host-based data (e.g., firewall logs, PCAP, DNS)
  • Foreign language reading proficiency (e.g., Chinese, Russian, Farsi).
  • Experience working in interagency or multi-organization environments.
