  • Experienced CNC Machinists only.
  • Hartford county
If you’re strong on Mazak lathes, conversational programming, and tight-tolerance aerospace work, this shop wants your expertise.

  • Support continuous improvement and meet production timelines
WHAT WE NEED
  • 10+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe-focused)
  • Strong experience with Mazak controls and conversational programming
  • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T skills
  • Aerospace or other high-precision machining background
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
WHY THIS ROLE
  • $27–$33/hr, based on experience
  • 1st shift stability
  • Contract-to-hire with long-term potential
  • Full benefits upon hire, including 401(k) with company match
  • Clean, organized precision shop — quality over quantity
Ready for a change in 2026? If you’re a senior CNC machinist who wants challenging work and a shop that respects experience, apply now.
