CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Operator – Direct Hire

Pay

Up to $35.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday

No weekends

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–4:30 AM

The 2nd-shift end time may be flexible for the right candidate.

Job Summary

Revere Staffing Partners is looking for experienced CNC Lathe and Mill Operators for direct-hire opportunities with a growing manufacturing company. These are full-time positions offering long-term stability in a team-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathes or mills safely and efficiently
  • Complete machining operations while ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards
  • Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, dimensions, and technical drawings
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Properly maintain and organize tools and equipment
  • Work independently and collaborate with department leadership and team members
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous CNC lathe or mill operating experience is required
