Job description

Executes business development opportunities for the company and its partners and/or external clients. Manages cross-functional connectivity, both internally and externally, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives. Manages the end-to-end operational value chain for target and/or traditional clients and prospects. Interacts with senior executives to manage progress of business development activities.

Acts as the dot-connector in client challenges and opportunities through the development of trusted internal partnerships both horizontally and vertically, in order to execute and understand the varying client disciplines that seek guidance and expertise. Maintains and monitors operational health by proactively analyzing client partnerships across all disciplines for issue identification, problem resolution and building synergies. Supports the promotion and onboarding of Digital Services employees and acts as the project manager in the adoption of these services.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 5+ years of experience in the P&C industry is required
  • 3+ years' experience in Project Management is required
  • 1+ years of client facing experience preferred
  • Workflow documentation experience is required
  • Operational Systems and IT Experience is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong ability to marshal resources and persuade others
  • Effectively communicates detailed information with stakeholders and collaborates jointly to solve problems and drive progress
