  • Proactively identify systemic issues, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities across the client lifecycle.
  • Guide clients through complex operational changes, performance improvement initiatives, and evolving service needs.
  • Own complex issue analysis and resolution strategy for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead advanced root cause analysis efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Frame escalations with clear articulation of risk, impact, options, and recommended path forward.
  • Partner closely with the Client Delivery Director on high-risk, sensitive, or enterprise-impacting issues.
  • Monitor performance trends and assess effectiveness of remediation strategies over time.
  • Ensure consistent, professional, and transparent communication with clients during issue resolution.
  • Lead director-level operational reviews, strategic touchpoints, and complex client discussions.
  • Develop and deliver polished, insight-driven materials, presentations, and narratives.
  • Anticipate client questions and prepare data-backed responses and recommendations.
  • Establish credibility and trust with senior client stakeholders through consistent value delivery.
  • Lead internal account strategy discussions, aligning stakeholders on priorities, risks, and action plans.
  • Advocate for client needs while balancing enterprise standards, scalability, and operational realities.
  • Provide informal guidance and mentorship to Client Delivery Specialists and Managers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex workflows, client scenarios, and operational challenges.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of Client Delivery frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
  • Identify recurring themes and systemic issues across the client portfolio and recommend enterprise-level improvements.
  • Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices to elevate team effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives within the Client Delivery function.
  • Partner with leadership on initiatives related to process optimization, change management, and operational innovation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments
  • Deep understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey operational information clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation experience
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments
  • Timely and regular attendance.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
