  • Experience in a similar professional role in the Greater Cincinnati region, with a title such as a PWA, Senior Wealth Manager, Private Client Advisor, or similar, interacting with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
  • Demonstrated success in specific client segments or verticals, especially among individual accounts which have investible assets of $3-500 Million, per client, and the ability to manage numerous clients of that size.
  • A holistic approach to managing client relationships with the ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for audiences with different levels of sophistication.
  • Professional designations, such as CFA or CFP, are highly preferred. Also helpful is National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
  • Established local network of clients with strong relationship management, networking, and business development skills.
  • A passion for problem-solving and acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Ability to make critical decisions independently and act as a business owner.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of investment strategies, financial planning, estate planning, and risk management.
