Job description

Small firm focusing on residential and commercial projects anywhere from ADUs, single-family tract projects, multifamily and townhome projects, low-rise mix-use projects, etc. The goal is to outperform the market by focusing on long-term growth, market capitalization, and impact design.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CAD & BIM software to create schematic design and construction documents.
  • WQMP, Hydrology, Grading, SWPPP, Easement, TPM/FPM, As-Builts, etc.
  • Site visits and site measurements.
  • Research and code compliance.
