The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence up and across.**Job Description*** Leads multiple national retail brands, with deep portfolio management skills, including new innovation, renovation of core items, retailer sell-in conversations, and consumer marketing and advertising activities. Positions the brand’s portfolio effectively in each of the relevant markets, channels, and buyers* Develop the holistic communications and eCommerce plan for multiple national retail brands. This includes tactic/channel planning, budget management, and reporting share out on a monthly, quarterly, or campaign basis* Leads digital brand awareness and demand generation strategies including regional and national shopper marketing programs* Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Category Leadership, Finance, and Category Sales Development in joint business planning, including promotional strategies* Manages a portfolio of external partnerships, focusing on relationship stewardship, performance improvement, and opportunity exploration.
