Senior Care Advisor - Chapel Hill / Durham

Base + Commission | $85,000-$120,000 OTE

BlueDot Cares is launching in Chapel Hill and Durham, and we're hiring our founding Senior Care Advisor to build the home care market. This is a B2B healthcare sales role for someone who loves being out in the field, building referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and physicians, and closing families on home care services.

The Role

You own the home care pipeline in Chapel Hill / Durham. Build a portfolio of 75+ referral relationships through disciplined daily field activity. Conduct discovery calls and in-home assessments with families. Close new home care clients. Partner with the Home Care Director and Senior Placement Advisor to grow the territory.

What You'll Do

- 10-15 in-person sales calls per day. Non-negotiable. Hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, home health, hospice, physicians, geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys.

- Execute the 52 Weeks Marketing System: weekly routes, monthly themes, consistent follow-up.

- Conduct discovery calls and in-home assessments with families.

- Close new home care clients.

- Partner with the Home Care Director and Senior Placement Advisor on territory growth.

- Sell and educate on the GUIDE Dementia Program - our key competitive edge.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, or medical sales.

- Hunter mentality. Proven track record of building referral-based pipelines and closing.

- Relationship-driven. You earn trust.

- Ownership mindset. You run the territory like it's your business.

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Compensation

- Base salary: $55,000

- Uncapped commission - $85,000-$120,000 OTE fully ramped

- Car allowance, mileage, and benefits (business calls via Dialpad app on personal phone - no company phone provided)
