We are looking for a Business/IT Data Analyst with PM experience for a healthcare payer company. This is hybrid in metro Detroit MI.
Engagement Description -

Perform technology functions to include but not limited to:
  • Business and systems analysis
  • Application development
  • Process improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business area and the IT
  • Identify, document and communicate system and process changes.
  • In-depth knowledge of business contributing recommendation of technical process improvement initiatives.
  • Design, create and implement the technical solutions.

Skills Required:
  • 3 years of health care, insurance, or related experience preferred.
  • Smartsheet, AI (Copilot/SecureGPT)
  • Data Architecture and Data Management practices
    • Data governance, modeling, quality management
    • Reporting structures
    • Information lifecycle management,
    • Maintain data assets
  • Business Analysis methodologies
