Business Systems Analyst

Location: Pontiac, MI
Work Mode: Hybrid – Minimum 2 Days/Week Onsite
Duration: Ongoing
Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support IT infrastructure projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
  • Document requirements and design effective technology solutions.
  • Support testing, implementation, and system improvements.
  • Analyze data and identify issues and opportunities.
  • Create procedures, technical documentation, and user training materials.
  • Support RFPs and contract scope documentation.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 / M365 experience.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
