Job description

Role Summary

 Lead the end-to-end architecture, governance, and pilot implementation of a Microsoft 365 based Deal Workspace for investment banking. Serve as the onsite design authority for SharePoint Online, Teams, Purview, Entra ID, Power Platform, Salesforce-triggered provisioning, and future Copilot-enabled experiences. Ensure the solution is secure, scalable, governed from day one, and validated before broader rollout.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Define SharePoint hub, department, customer, and deal-site architecture, including standardized templates, metadata, content types, libraries, navigation, and role-based views.

Design and implement governance guardrails including Purview information barriers, sensitivity labels, retention, audit, records management, restricted-site access, and evidenced access controls.

Establish entitlement and permission models using Entra ID, security groups, role mapping, conditional access, and deal-record-driven access assignment.

Lead workshops with business, IT, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders to shape taxonomy, metadata, provisioning, governance, and adoption requirements.

Guide pilot workspace buildout, CRM-triggered provisioning, NAS parity considerations, user enablement, and value validation.

Provide architecture direction for Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Agents, Copilot Studio, and future AI-enabled deal-management capabilities.

 Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in Microsoft collaboration platforms, with strong SharePoint Online architecture experience.

Deep experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 governance.

Proven experience designing enterprise-scale information architecture, permission models, compliance controls, metadata-driven document management, and secure collaboration platforms.

Strong client-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, governance design, and executive communication skills.

Financial services, capital markets, or regulated-industry experience preferred.

 Preferred

Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Agents, Copilot Studio, Copilot governance, permissions-aware grounding, and AI-ready content architectures.
