Job description

Position Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and scaling Immunome's enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP and related Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and G&A systems. This individual will serve as a hands-on business systems partner, working closely with functional stakeholders to understand business processes, define requirements, support system configuration and optimization, and deliver projects that improve operational efficiency, data quality, compliance, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have direct NetSuite experience and be able to quickly operate and add value in that environment. Candidates with strong ERP experience in other platforms who bring a solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and G&A business processes and can ramp quickly on NetSuite with support from internal stakeholders and external NetSuite partners will be considered. The person in this role will be expected to understand business needs, translate them into practical system solutions, manage external implementation and support partners, and help drive projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP and related Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and G&A platforms.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to understand processes, identify system needs, define requirements, and support scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a business systems analyst and project lead for system enhancements, integrations, workflow improvements, reporting needs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, NetSuite and business systems configuration updates, testing plans, user acceptance criteria, and implementation support activities.
  • Configure and support NetSuite and other business systems within appropriate areas of expertise, while coordinating with external vendors and technical partners for more complex development, integration, or capacity needs.
  • Manage external system support partners and implementation vendors, including project coordination, issue tracking, prioritization, deliverable review, and follow-through.
  • Support NetSuite ERP-related initiatives across Finance and Supply Chain, including process design, system configuration, master data, integrations, reporting, and operational readiness.
  • Help improve business processes and system workflows by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and better use of existing platforms.
  • Support system change management, testing, documentation, training, and user adoption for new functionality and process changes.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and compliance stakeholders to support appropriate controls, access, change management, audit readiness, and SOX-related requirements for relevant business systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and communicate status, risks, and next steps clearly.
  • Help maintain system documentation, process flows, requirements, configuration decisions, and support procedures.
  • Contribute to the business systems roadmap by identifying recurring pain points, improvement opportunities, and areas where systems need to scale with the organization.
  • Support additional business systems and cross-functional projects as company needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, ERP systems, financial systems, or related enterprise applications roles, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on ERP experience required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or other G&A business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, design practical system solutions, and support implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Experience managing external vendors, consultants, or system support partners.
  • Familiarity with system controls, access management, change management, testing, documentation, and audit / SOX-related requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, track issues, and drive work to completion.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing environment with evolving systems, processes, and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes, particularly across Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Ability to bridge business process needs and system capabilities, including configuration, workflow design, reporting, integrations, and user adoption.
  • Practical, hands-on orientation with the ability to dig into system details while keeping broader business objectives in mind.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and functional areas rather than focusing on a single application.
  • Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and system information appropriately.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on partnership, service, and continuous improvement. Â
