We are seeking a Senior Data & Business Process Specialist to drive process improvement, ERP adoption, and data quality initiatives across the organization. This highly collaborative role partners with leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other functional areas to improve business processes, strengthen data governance, and optimize system utilization.


The ideal candidate combines expertise in business process improvement, ERP systems, and data governance, along with strong project coordination skills, to drive meaningful operational improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to document workflows, gather requirements, and resolve process gaps.
  • Coordinate projects, track action items, and support strategic initiatives through completion.
  • Support NetSuite optimization efforts, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.
  • Promote data quality and governance standards across business functions.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance system utilization.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, work instructions, and related process materials.
  • Assist with change management, communication, and user training initiatives.
  • Support Jira-based project tracking, sprint planning, and execution activities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for functional teams navigating process and ERP-related challenges.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidates with an Associate's degree and significant relevant experience (8+ years) will also be considered.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, business systems, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong experience working within ERP systems required; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of master data management and data governance concepts.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and training materials.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of how business systems and processes work together across an organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes may evolve.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Jira or similar project management tools preferred.
