ย Suntra MedTech Solutions is seeking an experienced, driven Senior Business Development Representative to create and advance new business opportunities across the medical device, diagnostics, and digital health sectors. You will build relationships with prospective clients, uncover complex technical and business needs, and partner with our engineering and leadership teams to position Suntra's consulting, product development, and engineering services.ย 


What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone outreach, networking events, and market research.ย 
  • Qualify opportunities based on client needs, strategic fit, timing, and funding.ย 
  • Secure meetings with decision-makers and nurture relationships with strategic accounts.ย 
  • Partner with sales leadership, engineering, and company leaders to advance qualified opportunities.ย 
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, market insights, and competitive intelligence.ย 
  • Support early-stage opportunity development, including NDAs and collection of project background information.ย 
  • Meet business development goals while developing toward a future Account Executive role.ย 

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or equivalent education and experience.ย 
  • Five to eight years of sales or business development experience, ideally within medtech or product development services.ย 
  • Strong understanding of medtech product development, FDA design controls, and related regulatory requirements.ย 
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.ย 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and client-service skills.ย 
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting platforms, and AI-enabled sales tools.ย
