Job DescriptionReporting & Management Information

Develop, automate, and maintain regular business performance reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders. Monitor key business metrics, customer trends, portfolio performance, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement indicators. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports. Streamline and enhance reporting processes through automation and optimization.

Business Analysis & Insights

Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify hidden trends, customer behavior patterns, business opportunities, and emerging risks. Analyze portfolio performance across products such as deposits, cards, loans, and wealth management. Perform segmentation, profitability, customer lifecycle, and campaign analyses. Generate actionable recommendations to improve business performance, customer acquisition, retention, and cross‑sell opportunities. Partner with business teams to evaluate initiatives and measure outcomes.

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

Design and develop interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense. Translate analytical findings into intuitive visualizations that facilitate management decision‑making. Continuously improve dashboard usability and reporting capabilities based on stakeholder feedback.

Stakeholder Management & Storytelling

Work closely with product, marketing, sales, digital, finance, risk, and strategy teams to understand business requirements. Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner tailored to different stakeholder levels. Convert data insights into impactful business stories that drive understanding, alignment, and action. Influence decision‑making by providing fact‑based recommendations supported by data and analysis.

Data Management & Analytics

Support Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources using SAS and other available tools. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure analytical integrity. Support ad‑hoc analyses and management requests as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. Master's degree is an advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, management reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis. Prior experience within Consumer Banking, Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Credit Cards, Lending, Deposits, or Wealth Management is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong hands‑on experience in SAS programming for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView or other Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large databases. Hands‑on experience with: HUE (Hadoop User Experience) Impala/Hive Hadoop‑based Data Lake environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in report automation and dashboard development.

AI & Digital Skills

Experienced in using Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding assistance, business analysis, idea generation, and presentation development. Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and accelerate insight generation and reporting. Understanding of responsible AI usage, including data privacy, governance, and validation of AI‑generated outputs.

Analytical Skills

Strong quantitative and analytical problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and business drivers from complex datasets. Experience conducting customer, portfolio, campaign, and performance analyses.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong storytelling capability with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable business insights. Ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders. Strong consulting mindset with a focus on influencing business outcomes.
