We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a services team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role offers the chance to support critical operational work, contribute to audit-related activities, and help maintain organized, reliable reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review business records, forms, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Perform gap analyses by comparing current practices against business needs, controls, and expected outcomes.
• Support audit-related efforts by gathering information, validating records, and helping prepare materials for review.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize data, track findings, and produce clear reports for stakeholders and internal teams.
