What does a senior brand protection investigator do?

A Senior Brand Protection Investigator is responsible for safeguarding a company's brand, trademarks, and intellectual property from infringement, counterfeiting, and misuse. They conduct investigations into suspected violations, gather and analyze evidence, and work with law enforcement and legal teams to pursue action against offenders. This role often involves monitoring online and offline channels, coordinating with internal and external partners, and implementing strategies to prevent future violations. Senior investigators also provide guidance and training to other team members and help shape overall brand protection policies.
