  • Support purchase order workflows and ensure proper matching of POs, receipts, and invoices
  • Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support inventory accounting and tracking
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals
  • Manage prepaid expense schedules and ensure accurate period recognition
  • Manage sales and use tax compliance, including data gathering, filings, and coordination with external providers or advisors
  • Support ongoing monitoring of taxability and nexus considerations

  • Support improvements to accounting processes, controls, and documentation as the company scales
  • Support accounting and tracking for grant-funded activities, including cost allowability, reporting, and audit readiness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP
  • Experience managing AP, reconciliations, and core accounting processes in a growing organization
  • Experience in life sciences, technology, or manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to grant accounting or funded programs
  • Experience supporting audits and improving accounting processes

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Comfortable operating on-site in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
