Senior Supplier Quality Engineer – Global Automotive Manufacturer

Salary Up to $85,000 + Excellent Benefits + Relocation to the Southern US

Join a growing global automotive manufacturer with a highly automated, state-of-the-art facility and strong opportunities for career advancement.

As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will manage supplier quality issues from containment through 8-D closure, ensuring effective corrective actions and continuous improvement. You will also support PPAP verification, documentation management, and supplier change management processes while partnering with global teams.

As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, your key responsibilities will be:

· Manage supplier quality issues, containment activities, and corrective actions

· Coordinate sorting, rework, and continuity of supply activities

· Review and verify supplier 8-D actions and documentation

· Participate in supplier performance reviews

· Maintain supplier PPAP databases and coordinate change management processes

· Communicate quality concerns and PPAP approvals with suppliers.

Minimum qualifications needed for this Senior Supplier Quality Engineering position:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

· At least 5 years of supplier quality experience in the automotive industry

· Strong knowledge of TS 16949, ISO, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, ASQ, and SPC

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Ability to interpret technical data and manage complex issues

· International travel required.
